15 oz. can Chili with Beans
2 cups Whitehall Specialties 358 Hot Cheese Sauce Base
2 T milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Whitehall Specialties 508 Blended Cheddar Style Shred
In a 2 qt saucepan melt Whitehall Specialties 358 Hot Cheese Sauce Base and milk over medium heat. Stir in the can of chili, 1/4 cup sour cream, and cayenne pepper until heated through. Dollop with remaining sour cream and sprinkle with Whitehall Specialties 508 Blended Cheddar Style Shred. Serve warm with tortilla chips, over fries, or on a hot dog!
