The Receptionist is responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the Whitehall Specialties Downtown office. This role ensures that as visitors and potential applicants entering the location have a warm and welcoming experience. This role will also support various administrative processing needs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent communication are critical in this role.
Hours for this position will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-5pm.
