Our production team members are responsible for manufacturing the right product from the correct recipe, to the correct specification. Safety comes first in our operations and this begins with each of our team doing their part to ensure they follow all safe work methods in practices. In this role, will ensure a quality cheese product is made for our customer through each step of our manufacturing and packaging processes.

WORKING HOURS: Monday- Thursday 4 pm to 2 am + OT as required

REQUIREMENTS: The Utility needs to be highly motivated and organized with the willingness to learn various job duties and processes. He/she must be fully trained in all aspects of production. The Utility must ensure that all employees in their area are complying with all safety requirements. The Utility is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs. and is frequently required to use the stairs and climb ladders. The Utility must fill in during breaks and support all line production line duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Analog Utility works in combination with analog lead to oversee the day to day operation of the cook lines. The Utility must be able to troubleshoot and be able to process adjustments. The Utility is responsible to see that all paperwork is properly and completely filled out. The Analog Utility communicates regularly with the quality lab to ensure the product is well within specifications. This position reports to the Analog Supervisor.

EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent.

Employees on 2nd shift earn $18.60 starting ($16.00 base plus 10% shift differential)
