8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 805 Low Fat Ricotta Cheese

4 oz. Whitehall Specialties 851 Flavored Imitation Cream Cheese 

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. almond extract

Cannoli shells

Mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sprinkles, powdered sugar

In a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand-mixer, beat the Whitehall Specialties 805 Low Fat Ricotta and 851 Flavored Imitation Cream Cheese together until smooth.  Add the powdered sugar and extracts.  Blend well.  Refrigerate filling until ready to use.  Using a pastry bag, pipe filling into each side of a cannoli shell.  Dip each side of filled cannoli into assorted toppings such as mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and/or sprinkles.  Dust with powdered sugar.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
