Our work force is our greatest asset. Whitehall Specialties has maintained a steady core of dedicated employees over the years. Many of our employees have devoted years of continuous service in areas from sales through shipping and every department in between. This longevity of service is reflected in our knowledge base, which is key to delivering consistent products to our customers in a timely manner. Our entire staff undergoes thorough training upon their start of their employment as well as regular monthly and yearly refresher training. Each of our production facilities have a minimum of two employees that are HACCP certified.

We have a fully trained laboratory staff at all of our locations. Our laboratories perform all of analytical testing needed to ensure our products meet all chemical, physical and microbiological requirements. Having a full lab, our laboratory staff regularly undergoes proficiency checks in all areas of testing, utilizing an outside laboratory that specializes in proficiency testing.

Annual 3rd party GMP audits of each of our facilities are performed using contracted outside auditing services. These audit results are available upon request from your sales representative.
