Individually Wrapped Slices are available in american, white american, jalapeno, swiss and other custom flavors. Products made with natural cheese include cheese food, cheese product, and cheese spread. Applications include sandwiches, hamburgers, subs, omelets and other cafeteria applications.

Shreds are available in cheddar, mozzarella, american, muenster and other custom flavors. Shred products are used in the preparation of pizza, lasagna, tacos, omelets, sauces, salad spreads, salad bars and cheese breads, anything that contains cheese.

Some of the benefits are improved shelf life, price stability and functionality qualities like melt, stretch, and texture. Currently we manufacture a variety of custom and stock formulations to meet your needs. Private label and house branded products are available.

Slices are available in 8 oz., 10 2/3 oz. and 12 oz. Shreds are available in 8 ounce and 2 lb. bags. Shred styles vary.
