Blocks and loaves are available in cheddar, mozzarella, american, muenster, and other custom flavors. Each flavor profile and product attribute can be customized to suit your end product. Applications include pizza, frozen entrees, sauces, salad spreads, salads and cheese breads, anything that contains cheese.

Some of the benefits are improved shelf life, price stability, or functionality qualities like melt, stretch and texture. Currently we manufacture over 200 custom formulations in block products to meet our customers needs.

Available in 5 lb. loaves or 20 lb., 30 lb., 40 lb. and 50 lb. blocks. Totes are also available.
