Blends range from 50 to 90% imitation. Using a blend improves manufacturing efficiency and consistency. Available in cheddar, mozzarella, american, muenster and other custom flavors. Each flavor profile and product attribute can be customized to suit your end product. Applications include: pizza, frozen entrees, sauces, salad spreads, salads and cheese breads, anything that contains cheese.
Available in 5 lb. loaves or 20 lb., 30 lb., 40 lb. and 50 lb. blocks. Totes are also available.
