Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Tacos

Custom Imitation Cheese Product
Chocolate Taco Shells filled with a sweet, creamy cannoli filling.
10 chocolate taco shells
15 oz. Whitehall Specialties 805 Ricotta
8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 851 flavored Imitation Cream Cheese
1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini chocolate chips
hot fudge sauce
chocolate sprinkles
Mix together the Whitehall Specialties 805 Ricotta and 851 Imitation Cream Cheese products.  Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla until thoroughly combined.  Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the mini chocolate chips.  Refrigerate.  Just before serving, scoop approximately 1/2 cup filling into each taco shell, distributing evening among all taco shells.  Drizzle with hot fudge sauce, sprinkle with additional mini chocolate chips, and chocolate sprinkles. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.  Serve with whipped cream if desired.
