Employee Referral Program

In three easy steps, you could earn $1,000.

  • Step 1: Grab a referral form and tell us about your friend/family member.
  • Step 2: When your friend/family member fills out an application, have them list your name as the person
    who referred them.
  • Step 3: When your friend reaches their *6 month anniversary with Whitehall Specialties, you receive $1,000.

Employee Retention Bonus Program

It pays to stay. Earn $1,500.

All new full time production hourly team members (production, lab, maintenance, janitorial/sanitation, warehouse) hired on or after Monday, November 16, 2015 are eligible for a $1,500 retention bonus.

New team members must work full time from the date of hire for a minimum period of six months to receive notice of the retention bonus award.
